About this activity
A four-hour workshop with a dada, a Moroccan cook, in the kitchen of a riad or a farm on the edge of the city. It starts at the market, where you learn to recognise ras el-hanout, Taliouine saffron and preserved lemon, then you move to the stove.
On the menu: a tajine (chicken with olives or lamb with prunes, depending on the season), Moroccan cooked salads, khobz bread baked in a wood-fired oven and an almond dessert. The class ends with the meal, served on the terrace.

Pickup
Departure from your accommodation mid-morning with your driver.
Market and spices
Buying vegetables and spices with the cook, with explanations of Moroccan spice blends.
Workshop
Preparing the tajine, the salads and the bread; each participant has their own workstation.
Meal
Lunch around the dishes you prepared, mint tea and pastries.
Return
Back at your accommodation in the early afternoon.
