The rules that apply to every booking made with MarocRide.
1. Services
MarocRide offers private transfers, day trips and hourly hire with a driver. Each service is described on the website with its price, in euros, per vehicle.
2. Prices
Prices are expressed in euros (EUR), per vehicle and not per person, including driver, fuel and taxes. For an itinerary outside the rate card, the price shown is an estimate confirmed by our team before any payment.
3. Booking and confirmation
A booking request is only final once MarocRide has confirmed availability. You then receive the confirmation and, where applicable, the secure payment link.
4. Payment
Three options are offered: a deposit, full payment, or payment to the driver subject to approval. The deposit amount is shown before confirmation.
5. Waiting time and delays
For airport arrivals, 60 minutes of waiting time are included. The driver tracks the actual time of your flight.
