Is the price per person?
No. The price shown is a fixed price in euros for the private vehicle, whatever the number of passengers, within the limit of its capacity.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver tracks your flight and adapts. A 60-minute wait at the airport is included.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up. The detailed conditions are set out in the refund policy.
How does payment work?
You choose: a deposit, full payment, or payment to the driver, subject to approval. The exact deposit amount is shown before you confirm, and the secure payment link is sent by our team once availability has been confirmed.
Can we add a child seat or a stop?
Yes. A child or baby seat is prepared before your arrival, on request. An extra stop can be added during booking.
Which vehicle should I choose?
Up to 3 travellers: sedan. From 4 to 7: minivan or SUV. Beyond that, a minibus with up to 17 seats. Think about your luggage: each vehicle page shows its capacity.

Is the day trip price per person?
No. The price covers the private vehicle for the group shown, including driver, fuel and the planned mileage.
Are meals, tickets and activities included?
No, they are extra and paid on site. Private transport, however, is included from departure to return.
Can the itinerary be adapted?
Yes, panoramic stops and the pace of the day are arranged with your driver. For a longer tour, ask for a tailor-made itinerary.
Where does the day trip start?
From your hotel, riad or address in the departure city shown, with return to the agreed address.
