Where do I meet my driver at Marrakech-Menara Airport?
Just after the exit of the baggage reclaim area, in the arrivals hall. He holds a sign with your name. If you can't see him, a WhatsApp message is enough: he is only a few metres away.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
We follow your flight number: if it is delayed, the driver adjusts his arrival at no extra cost. If it is cancelled, let us know and we reschedule the transfer for your new flight.
Does the transfer from Marrakech to the airport work the same way?
Yes. For a departure, we agree together on the pick-up time at your accommodation, taking into account traffic and the check-in time recommended for your flight.
Is the price per person?
No. The price shown is a fixed price in euros for the private vehicle, whatever the number of passengers, within the limit of its capacity.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up. The detailed conditions are set out in the refund policy.
How does payment work?
You choose: a deposit, full payment, or payment to the driver, subject to approval. The exact deposit amount is shown before you confirm, and the secure payment link is sent by our team once availability has been confirmed.
Can we add a child seat or a stop?
Yes. A child or baby seat is prepared before your arrival, on request. An extra stop can be added during booking.
