Day trip overview
The kasbah of Telouet was the residence of the Glaoui, lords of the Atlas; its salons decorated with carved plaster and zellige contrast with the earthen walls.
The day continues to Aït Ben Haddou: a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1987, the ksar of Aït Ben Haddou is a fortified earthen village that has served as the set for many films.
The drive takes about 2 h 55 each way, with around 4 h of free time on site. Your driver adapts the breaks to your pace.

A secondary road leaves the Tizi n'Tichka and descends towards the village of Telouet.

Depending on the itinerary, the Ounila valley leads to the ksar through landscapes of earth and palm trees.

The road crosses the High Atlas at over 2,200 m above sea level, with stops at the viewpoints.
The ksar
Cross the river on foot and climb the lanes up to the old communal granary at the top.

Back to the agreed address in Marrakech, about 11 hours after departure.
